~ Everyone is unique and on their own journey, and a therapeutic relationship is just as unique and should work for you as an individual. You are encouraged to seek out a therapeutic relationship that will be the best fit for you and your individual needs.~
While Diane has been trained clinically, and can offer a solid foundation of many traditional therapeutic modalities one would expect from a psychotherapist, Diane generally works from an eclectic perspective by trying to meet the client where they are at. Common strategies Diane draws from include CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and Jungian therapeutic modalities.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, Diane provides consultation and assessment for anyone seeking to get guidance around appropriate support and levels of care for those struggling with eating disorders.
Diane keeps office hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and generally sees individuals and couples ages 15 and up.
